Acceptable Use Policy

1. Who this applies to

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs everyone who uses Minster ("the Service") — both account-holding leaders and administrators (under the Terms of Service) and members and guardians who book or manage interviews (under the Participant Terms). By using the Service, you agree to this AUP, which is incorporated into both of those agreements.

2. What you may not do

You may not use the Service to:

• Break the law. Violate any law or regulation, or facilitate anything unlawful.
• Access what isn't yours. Access or attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service; or circumvent authentication, rate limits, or other protections.
• Harass or contact people without a scheduling purpose. Harass, threaten, or abuse anyone, or contact people for any purpose other than the legitimate scheduling of an interview. Don't enter another person's contact details without a lawful basis to do so.
• Send marketing or non-transactional messages. Use the Service's email or SMS to send marketing, promotional, or other non-transactional messages. The Service sends only transactional booking confirmations and reminders.
• Misuse the Service in connection with minors. Collect information directly from a minor, or contact a minor, except through the guardian-booking process described in the Participant Terms.
• Introduce harmful code or disrupt the Service. Upload malware or other harmful code, overload or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure, or degrade others' use of it.
• Scrape or automate abuse. Scrape, harvest, or use bots or automated means to access the Service except as we expressly permit.
• Submit infringing or objectionable content. Submit content that infringes others' intellectual property or privacy rights, or that is unlawful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Misrepresent yourself. Impersonate any person, misstate your affiliation, or provide false information — including creating bookings or accounts with false details.
• Resell or exploit the Service. Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service outside your own scheduling use.

3. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take action — including removing content and suspending or terminating access — as described in the Terms of Service and the Participant Terms. In serious cases we may report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

5. Changes

We may update this AUP. Because it is incorporated into the Terms of Service and the Participant Terms, material changes are signposted in the same way as changes to those agreements, and your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance.
